Integrative Veterinary Care

Our Goal Is To Make Your Pet Healthy

We are one of very few veterinary practices in South Africa that are qualified to offer a complementary medicine approach. We have the skills, knowledge and experience to integrate both conventional and complementary modalities.

The Cape Animal Medical Centre’s Acuvet Clinic has operated alongside veterinary specialists for 25 years.  In January 2024, we reopened with a new name and in new premises that reflect how we have evolved and grown.  Acuvet Clinic is now Integrative Veterinary Care.  You can find us at 10 Park Road in Rondebosch, Cape Town.

Our new premises allow for the inclusion of veterinary physiotherapy and the facilities to optimise the recovery and rehabilitation of your pet.

Our Approach

  • We offer a gentle and holistic approach to healing that works harmoniously alongside conventional veterinary treatments.
  • Our treatments cater to pets with chronic conditions like skin issues, arthritis, and cancer, especially when they encounter side effects from standard treatments.
  • We provide sought-after alternative therapies that effectively alleviate a wide array of pet conditions, meeting the preferences of owners seeking alternative treatment options.
